We evaluate the operating conditions, dimensions, contact surfaces and expected performance of each part, then prepare a competitive proposal for the ideal material and application.
We serve a wide range of machinery, from packaging to printing, textiles to food processing, and conveyor systems to forklifts. You can share your request as a sample, a technical drawing or an existing part; we work directly with maintenance teams, machine manufacturers and procurement departments.
Material chosen for the application
We choose the material for your machine's real operating conditions, not on the assumption that one material suits every environment.
- Polyurethane For applications where wear, impact, load and friction resistance are critical. Wheels, rollers, pressing elements, bumpers and buffers. Typical hardness 60 Shore A – 75 Shore D Typical temperature −30 / +90 °C
- Rubber For machines that need traction, friction, transport, pressing and surface contact. Surface form, hardness and rubber type are set by the application. Typical hardness 30–95 Shore A Typical temperature −40 / +200 °C
- Silicone Preferred under specific temperature and surface-contact conditions. For food and similar uses, suitability and certification are confirmed per project. Typical hardness 20–80 Shore A Typical temperature −60 / +230 °C

You share a photo, sample or technical drawing of the part, together with its working environment and the problems you have seen.

Technical evaluation
We examine dimensions, the condition of the metal core, load, speed, temperature, chemical exposure, and surface and hardness expectations. If needed, we visit your site.

Proposal
We submit the right manufacturing or coating method, lead time and price, and discuss moving ahead with samples or first parts.

Production or renovation follows the agreed technical specifications, and delivery terms are finalised within the project scope.
