This lets us decide the right material, hardness and surface properties together with our customers.

What we evaluate for every part
We set the material, hardness and surface by looking at these six conditions.

Load
The force, impact and pressure the part carries and absorbs.

Speed
Rotational speed and duty cycle, which drive heat build-up and wear.

Friction
Sliding, traction and wear at the contact surface.

Temperature
Ambient and process temperature, often the first factor in material choice.

Chemical exposure
Oil, solvents, inks, water and cleaning chemicals.

Operating environment
Dust, humidity, outdoor use and the overall conditions on the line.
How we work
Single parts, sample work or recurring supply: every request goes through the same four steps.

Requirement
You share a photo, sample or technical drawing of the part, together with its working environment and the problems you have seen.

Technical evaluation
We examine dimensions, the condition of the metal core, load, speed, temperature, chemical exposure, and surface and hardness expectations. If needed, we visit your site.

Proposal
We submit the right manufacturing or coating method, lead time and price, and discuss moving ahead with samples or first parts.

Production and delivery
Production or renovation follows the agreed technical specifications, and delivery terms are finalised within the project scope.
