Dimensions, hardness, coating thickness, shaft, bearing, connection and tolerance details are settled at the proposal stage, and production follows them.

Where needed, we start with samples or first parts before series production.

For food and similar uses, material suitability and the required certification are confirmed before the project starts.
How we work
Single parts, sample work or recurring supply: every request goes through the same four steps.

Requirement
You share a photo, sample or technical drawing of the part, together with its working environment and the problems you have seen.

Technical evaluation
We examine dimensions, the condition of the metal core, load, speed, temperature, chemical exposure, and surface and hardness expectations. If needed, we visit your site.

Proposal
We submit the right manufacturing or coating method, lead time and price, and discuss moving ahead with samples or first parts.

Production and delivery
Production or renovation follows the agreed technical specifications, and delivery terms are finalised within the project scope.
